These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of LPTracker (the "Bot"), a Discord bot that tracks League of Legends ranked games. By adding the Bot to your Discord server or using its commands, you agree to these Terms.
LPTracker is a free, community-focused Discord bot that monitors League of Legends ranked game activity for accounts that users explicitly register. It posts game start notifications, match results, daily recaps, and leaderboards to a designated Discord channel.
LPTracker uses the Riot Games API in accordance with Riot's General Policies and Terms of Service. All game data accessed through the Riot Games API remains the intellectual property of Riot Games, Inc. LPTracker claims no ownership over any such data.
Riot Games reserves the right to revoke API access at any time and for any reason. In the event of revocation, LPTracker will immediately cease all use and display of game data obtained through the Riot Games API.
You must be at least 13 years old and comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Riot Games' Terms of Service to use LPTracker. By using the Bot, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

You may remove your account at any time using /removeaccount, which will permanently and immediately delete all associated data from our database.
LPTracker's planned predictions feature is a purely entertainment-based, points-only system. It involves no real money, no cryptocurrency, no wagering, and no prizes of monetary value. All prediction points are virtual, non-transferable, and have no monetary equivalent. This feature is not a gambling service.
LPTracker stores only the data strictly necessary to provide its service. No personal information beyond Discord identifiers and Riot account identifiers is collected or stored. Game data retrieved from the Riot API is used solely to display statistics within Discord and is never sold or shared with third parties. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.
All game information and data retrieved through the Riot Games API remains the exclusive property of Riot Games, Inc. LPTracker does not claim any rights to this data. LPTracker will not resell, license, sublicense, or redistribute Riot Games data to any third party without explicit prior written approval from Riot Games.
LPTracker is provided "as is" with no guarantees of uptime or continuous availability. Service depends on the availability of both the Discord API and the Riot Games API, which are outside our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice.
LPTracker and its developers are not responsible for any damages, direct or indirect, arising from your use of the Bot, including but not limited to loss of data, missed game notifications, inaccurate statistics, or service interruptions. Use of LPTracker is entirely at your own risk.
LPTracker complies with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Users have the right to access, correct, or delete their data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details. We also honor deletion requests forwarded by Riot Games in accordance with their GDPR procedures.
